  • 1 pack Indomie Peppersoup Flavour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • pinch Chilli Powder Ata gungun
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Strips Smoked Bacon
  • 1 tsp Sunflower Oil any other cooking oil works fine as well
  1. In a sauce pan or pot, add your pack of Indomie noodles to a cup of water. add the entire seasoning packet.  Cover and cook for 3-5 mins depending on how al dente you like your noodles.

  2. Dice the strips of bacon and fry till crisp/crunchy in the sunflower oil. Once fried to satisfaction, remove at put in your serving bowl. Retain the oil in the pan.

I added 3 whole peppercorns in mine for extra flavour.

  3. Fry 2 eggs. season with ground black pepper.

I prefer mine sunny side up but you can make an omelette with 2 eggs and mix in the bacon bits and add chopped peppers.

  4. Plate up! Fried Bacon goes in the bowl first, Then the cooked noodles with the broth, then chilli powder, stir, top with fried eggs, ENJOY!
